The small print, in plain words
Is there a free tier?
No. Every question runs four frontier models and a fifth to combine them, and that is a real cost on every single turn. The shortest term is one month, and cancelling is one click in the billing portal.
Do unused questions roll over?
No. The allowance is 300 per calendar month and it resets on the first, whichever term you are on.
I bought a year. Do I get a year of questions on day one?
No, and that is deliberate — you get 300 every month for twelve months. A year's worth up front would be spendable in a week, which is not what either of us is buying.
How do I cancel?
In your account, through Stripe's billing portal. Access continues to the end of the term you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-term.
Refunds?
Write to us. We would rather refund somebody who is not getting value than keep the money and the complaint.
What if I run heavy questions?
Some questions cost several times more than others — web search and fact-checking are billed per request. If an account approaches the ceiling that is priced in, answers narrow for the rest of the month (fewer models, no fact-check) rather than stopping without warning. Most people never see this.
